Waivers are used to allow a player to play with another association. Non open-enrollment waivers are valid for only one year...every season, a new form must be submitted for approval. Waivers are required for ALL age players - Mites are not an exception.
Open Enrollment Waivers - only need to be obtained once. If you completed all of the grades offered K-5, Middle School,(or K-6, Junior High) in your previous school system and you open enroll (still need a waiver - check school attendance box) you are eligible for all levels offered at your new association.
