New Prague Youth Hockey

As the 2011/2012 hockey season is getting into full swing we would like to remind everyone of a few things when working in the concession stand.

As we head into the cold and flu season we all know the importance of washing our hands. Also, when handling unwrapped food it is mandatory that everyone wears the plastic gloves that are by the hot dog roller.

When you have signed up for a closing shift please follow the closing guidelines that are posted in the concession stand.

If you find that you've made an error when ringing up an item on the till and it can't be easily corrected please just leave us a note stating what the error was. This will assist us in our dailey reconciliation.

Concession Stand Information:

This is for those of you who are signed up to work in the concession stand and have never done this before. It would be be best if you could buddy up with someone prior to your first shift and have them show you how the concession stand operates. This is not a difficult task and should not take long to learn how to navigate around the concession stand. For your first time we would suggest taking an evening during the week when it's less busy.

If the above suggestion does not work for you please contact one of the concession stand managers prior to your first shift.
