2011-12 Screening Process is NOW ON-LINE All Parents that will have contact with Players on a team.. LockerRoom attandant, Coordinator, Board Member, Coach, Manager Must do ASAP
If you plan on being a team managers, lockerroom supervisors or coach(and anyone else who is working with the kids) to do their electronic screening online. In the rare circumstance that they don't have a access to a computer or the internet they may fill out a paper form but then you will need to submit it as you did last year.
The electronic screening program is now functioning. To use the program, follow these steps:
2. Click “General” on far right
3. Click “Show All”
4. Click “Screening”
5. Click first option “Coaches Screening (Register)”
6. Log in, or create log in(use the same log we use on our site)
7. Follow through all of the forms and submit.
